Purchased Stremline a month ago -- did I get 3.0?

Default Purchased Stremline a month ago -- did I get 3.0?
Hi:

I purchased Streamline about a month ago, and am just starting to work with it. I see that there is a 3.0 announced in January -- but it looks like my new purchase I got 2.1. (The Manage Themes panel says "All of this theme’s files are located in /themes/streamline_blue_21")

How can I get the latest 3.0 edition?
