Featured Content Text Not Formatted

I add a featured content section right under the featured content gallery on the home page of this site. I also removed the character limit so it would show the entire post not just an excpert. While all the text is showing up there is no formatting... paragraphs breaks or anything. I have tried adding padding in various places with no luck.
