How do you remove the category in the breadcrumbs?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find this.

How do you remove the category from breadcrumbs?

Our permalink is http://domain.com/postname

Aand we would this to be reflected in our breadcrumbs on our single pages.

So it would be
