How do I remove all references to tags and posts

I want to remove all the references to tags and posts that show up on the page you are sent to after clicking 'read more' from the home page posts. i have removed some of the code as mentioned in previous topics but am still left with these:-

Quote:

No tags for this post.
Related posts

* No related posts.

I am looking for a clear page (apart from the widgets on the right) with only the text and pictures from the post itself.
