Home Page -- Help Needed!

My Home page is attached to a post some how I can't figure it out -- I didn't want to change
my homepage -- I have no idea what I did to cause this -- but I'm getting very frustrated
trying to figure it out -- if any one can help me I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!!
