Facebook widget missing from Manhattan child theme

hello, my Facebook widget is missing. If I go to re-install it, I get the following message:Destination folder already exists. D:/Hosting/8976393/html/wp-content/plugins/add-link-to-facebook/

Plugin install failed.

There is supposed to be a genesis Facebook widget but the only one that shows up on my widget board is twitter. Please help!
