Very frustrated!!!!

I am very upset. I have now spent over 2 HOURS trying to work out how I can ask 1 question about missing widgets in a framework forum I PURCHASED and a theme I PURCHASED. I have registered both my framework and theme why can't I post a simple question?! I am tired of searching please HELP!!!!!!
