Simple Password Access Membership Plugin

I'm trying to find a free membership plugin that will perform the following function.

A simple Password Access to Membership.

Meaning, the process is as follows:
1. A password is provided to a user
2. User goes to a login page
3. User enters is the provided password
4. User becomes member & has access to the "members only content" by password.

Basically, a "Password" allows you to have access.
Trying to have something that will have a "password" style logon screen, etc.

I already know of the premium, membership plugins but, looking for this simple Password style process.
