Old Dog actually needs to learn new trick...actually "blogging".

I've used the Lifestyle template to create several "websites", but never really got into the actually "blogging" part. I wish to set up an area of my websites for actual blogging, and I wish to program my Aweber account to automatically send out my blogs. I don't want every post or page to be recognized as a "blog"...so I guess I need to know the difference...and how to set this up on my already-created Lifestyle (or other studiopress template) website.

Can't seem to find any studio tutorials on this...and don't really know how to search for this info. Every time I "search", I just end up with basic wordpress installments.

Am I clear as mud? ;o)
