nav bar and sub nav bar brower difference

Hi,
I am noticng a 1px difference on the nav bar and sub nav bar when viewing the site through IE vs Firefox. The difference is noticeable during the link hover. The hover image is slightly off from the size of the bar. Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!
