Moving A Site

Hi there

Looking for advice on moving a Wordpress site using the a customised (not heavily) Corporate theme from a location to another. Outline details are:

1) Current location: http://www.ourdomain.com/clientsite
2) New location: http://79.10.100.10/clientsite
3) The new site needs to show as http://www.clientsite.com/
4) They are hosting their email whilst we are hosting their website (hence the IP address in the address)

Any advice greatly received. Unfortunately we have to do it this way as their hosting will not support Wordpress but they have a very secure email system they want to keep.
