How do I hide the drop down menu?

How do I hide the drop down menu?

How do I hide the drop down menu from my StudioPress theme? For example, when a visitor hovers over my 'Equipment' link a drop down menu appears e.g. Olympics Bars, Collars, etc - how do i stop this from showing?

Please explain in a "for Dummies" way as i know very little about Wordpress/StudioPress
