URL Display Issue with moneysavingbank.co.uk

Hi,
My site is http://moneysavingbank.co.uk/
when i click on any categroy or post it comes like
http://moneysavingbank.co.uk/?cat=5
and
http://moneysavingbank.co.uk/?p=718
But I would like to display my url something like below
http://moneysavingbank.co.uk/The_Virgin ... Change_ISA
I hope you understand what I mean. Please help.
