Flash ad in banner

Hi,

My site at http://www.techietalk.co.uk has had its first advertising offer, I'm keen to co-operate with them as best I can because the advertiser is a major trade organisation within the industry.

They have asked if they can put a flash animation in the header banner location, but I don't know how easy that is to do. I've had static images before without a problem, but how easy is it to add flash to this widget?

I'd like to get back to them with an answer asap because they want to start their campaign immediately and run it through to September. Anyone able to let me know if this is a simple task? Or what is required to achieve this?
