sub-nav items different in IE

I tweaked CSS to get the nav/sub-nav items just right for Firefox. Now for IE, the sub-nav items are some pixels to the right and disappears when I hover over them. I adjust the paddings on the navs (not sure which) and can't get it right.

I would appreciate any help on which of the nav items on the style sheet to concentrate on.
