Article List on a Page?

Hi -

First off thank you all for such a great theme and everybody for the support and help along the way as I try to learn and navigate this creature called WordPress :)

I am wondering if I can do the following:

- I have a category latestArticles and would like to have a main menu link on the toolbar that when clicked will open a new page listing all the latestArticles with a link to any of the latestArticle posts?

Pretty much like a menu page within a page?

Is this possible to do?
