edit home page in WordPress editor

I have installed the splashscreen plugin - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/splashscreen - on a website - http://www.greenwoodchristians.com

The admin person wants to edit the home page through the WordPress editor. Is is to possible to rename the home page in order for the customer to edit ths page? Or is there another workaround?

Please advise.
