Question On Image resizing

Hey guys and gals!

Question on image resizing...

I have gone through the tutorial and changed my settings/media to the proper sizing.

The issue I have is how and where do i add the image sizes to the photo description.

For instance, here is an image path I have and I can not figure out where to put the picture sizing info as shown in the tutorial.

I want to use this as a thumbnail image, where do I put the 70x70 in this pathway?
