Blog Pages Question

Is it possible to have multiple pages running as a blog each showing a category?

For instance, I have a page called premium content, I want to write about premium content and I want it to display as a blog.

I also have a page called copy cosemetics and I want to write about copywriting cosemetics and have it show as a blog post...I added both category id's in the blog page php but both categories are showing up on both pages...

Does this make sense?

I really would like it to work like a subnav
