Home page blows up in IE

I am working on www.smartsafetygroup.com/~smartsafety for a buddy and we are having a problem with the home page in IE (7 and 8). The CSS seems to die somewhere under the main plugin.

I have tested in FF2.5-3.5, Safari, Chrome and Flock on PC (vista & xp) and FF3 & Safari on Mac - no problems at all.

The CSS explosion seems to only be on the home page. I don't seem to be getting the javascript error that is discussed in another thread. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
