I am trying to update a site that was created using non-supported template of Remix 2.1 for Wordpress. My client wanted me to use your Lifestyle 4.0 template to update and freshen up his site. The existing site is gapstoday.org and the new site that I just started is gapstoday1.org. The site also interacts with a membership site that is gapsmembers.org which uses Memberclicks.
I am trying to get the robust look and features of the Lifestyle 4.0 template but sill keep some continuity between the gapsmembers.org site that site visitors will be switching between. Question 1. Can I use a gradient .png instead of a solid hex color for the background? If so how do I alter the style sheet to do so. Question 2. The original site is using a .jpeg image for the mast header. Can I use a .jpeg image instead of a .png? Can I alter the width of the Lifestyle 4.0 template (gapstoday1.org) to match the width of (gapsmembers.org) so that when members toggle between the sites the difference of how the sites looks is minimal. Thank you in advance for any help you can give. David Mauer |
