We noticed a potential duplicate content issue with our site with regards to copies of pages being accessible via a browser query.
We then looked at http://studiopress.com and found the same thing so i am guessing it is probably a widespread thing. The following link displays the homepage as does any other number up to that and probably beyond it in my browser (Google Chrome);- http://www.studiopress.com/page/843643643 Can anyone give me an idea of what causes this to occur within WordPress and whether it poses an issue for duplicate content with Google? And if there is a cure for it if it is a problem. Had a look around at other sites - notable Yoast's site - which allows you to enter the .../page/233 (any number) but that site serves up different content for each number you enter so would not have potential duplicate content issues. So perhaps Yoast thinks it is a potential issues and has dealt with it. Apologies if I am jousting with Windmills here, however, my SEO partner is certainly concerned. thanks in advance Kirk O'Connor
