Customization Can it be done?

I want to use this theme for selling horses, and what I want is to set up a form with custom fields so anyone who wants to sell a horse, fills the form and uploads some photos and automatically this information would go to the featured property template and on the homepage show a thumbnail and an exert.

Is it possible to be done or am I asking too much?
I saw a plugin called flutter and TDO Mini Formas could it work?
