Post & Page Form Show White/Blank & No Tool Bar Selections

Lifestyle 4 - Post & Page Form (in Wordpress) Showing White/Blank (when viewing or writing new post) & No Tool Bar Selections Show above Post or Page Form (except selections for adding images, videos, music or media) all other selections are missing. I loaded the Lifestyle 4 template on 2 sites, this problem is the same on both sites. The content is there in the form area, it can be seen when highlighted. Site was updated to the latest Wordpress version before loading Lifestyle 4. Any Suggestions? The "search this site" feature is also not working.
