Default Lifestyle Theme 4.0 + SEO

I've recently read Joost's article on SEO http://yoast.com/articles/wordpress-seo/. This was when I was using Lifestyle 3.0. However, since yesterday, I have upgraded to 4.0 and have noticed some changes including the mention that Joost was on the development team. So my query is - are the following plugins (that have been mentioned in the WordPress SEO - Definitive Guide) still relevant to LifeStyle 4.0 and do I really need them to help with my the SEO of my site?

The plugins are as follow:
Breadcrumbs plugin -http://yoast.com/wordpress/breadcrumbs/
Robots Meta plugin
Pagination - Pagerfix

Thanks heaps for your help! :)
