Gallery / lightbox issue

Hi Guys,
I have some pictures that I'm displaying in wordpress gallery, I don't know how to change the code behind that so that lightbox will display the images once clicked.
This is the page http://www.skybuild.com.au/gallery

this is the gallery code [gallery link="file" orderby="rand"]
Lightbox says to add rel="lightbox[roadtrip] to an image set but doing this..

[gallery link="file" rel="lightbox[roadtrip] orderby="rand"] doesn't make any difference..

Also problem 2 the Blog template doesn't seem to be working.. if I use the default template no problem. What can I check?
