Integrate Flash Microsite help

Hi,

I want to use the Metro Theme for a new site. However, as part of the site i was to include an area that uses a flash portfolio - sort of of a micro site within the larger site and am not sure how to do this. I was told that I need to use Flash CS3 or 4 to add buttons with properties that link back to the main site. however I'd also like the microsite to carry the same header as the rest of the site. Does anyone know how I might go about doing this? I

One of the things i was also told that i would need to do is open the flash site in a subdomain for the main site. What else do i need to know and do i need Flash CS3 to do the editing or can I do it with notepad/ Any help here would be most welcome.
