How to Place Text And Image Ads at the bottom of posts

I own a health supplement company that has a company blog here: http://blog.healthkismet.com

What I'm wondering is....

what's the easiest way to place an advertisement that has a mixture of text and images at the bottom of the post.

Hopefully you see what I'm getting at.

Can you do this with simple hooks?

I'd prefer something with as little tech work as possible, and preferably something that fits right in to the style of my blog right now.
