Small challenge with "Read More" function...

Small challenge with "Read More" function...

Hi all,
With the help of the talented folks on this forum, I was able to get the video feature onto my sidebar. There's still one tricky aspect of this that I'm stumped on:

On the homepage, the Read More under the video feature is there and works fine.
On any other page, the Read More is not there and the text of the post appears below the video...any idea on a fix for this or where the code might be to control it?
