Can't Fix Featured Gallery after WP Upgrade

Hi Studio Press Team,

After I upgraded to WP 2.8 the FCG images disappeared and there is only a gray box.
But before upgrading to WP 2.8 the plugin working properly.

Please help me with this Problem - we need to relaunch the page soon.

Second quetsion is there a way to get the 4.0 Version without paying again the whole money? Like an free upgrade?
