Theme Options

I really like this theme and noticed that the new Church Theme Options has a DOES HAVE a drop down menu within Blog Page Template to choose "featured, etc." but this appears to not be the case in Lifestyle. Is there a good reason for this in comparing which theme to go with? Thoughts?
