SEO issue because no H1 Headers on Church Homepage

Hi - I'm trying get Google to index http://www.InspiredFitness.com but am not having any luck. Using HubSpot and it reports that one problem is that I have no H1 Headers on my home page. I don't know how (or where) to do this because the Church theme is all .XML and .PHP
Had built the same content in Dreamweaver and actually was doing okay on the Google Searches.....but since moving to Church...not so much.

So - Question is: How would I add a headline/H1 Header on the Church homepage - seems obvious but my attempts are updating the subsequent post pages and not the actual Home Page.
