Featured Content Gallery - image not showing

Sorry to trouble you guys but I have a problem with the image not showing in the fcg, which seems to be a regular issue. I tried to deactivate the plugins but no conflict found there.
I looked at a recent post with the same problem and it said something about fixing some coding but I don't understand that bit.
