Images - v.4 Lifestyle

I was just doing a new site so decided to use v.4 - http://www.worldofdogs.co.uk/about/

Tried to upload and add a new image for the about page. In the upload form it did not display the image as it used to in v.3, and obviously did not upload it.

Is this because of TimThumb and guess that my server can't handle it?

Is there anything I can do?

I really don't want to have to build the site in v.3 if I can help it, as you can see there are a number of modifications made!
