RSS Feed is not sending to Feedburner

HI guys!

I know you can help me with this one...I have created an RSS widget to signup for the feed to my blog. It is located on my homepage, www.livingonoldhickorylake.com. When I go to "Subscribe to RSS feed" it bring me back to the Home page. What am I doing wrong?
