Inserting Ads

How do I get extra padding on my 610 x 175 banner ad (Bullseye...) so it doesn't butt up against the "homepageleft" and "homepageright" columns?

I was able to get the banner ad to work right under the featured section. But I didn't have to make any modifications to it, just copied and pasted the code between the divs.

Any suggestions?
