Lifestyle 4 Freezing!

I'm having a lot of trouble editing my theme because it's freezing/taking a long time to load. I don't know if it's Lifestyle 4 or Wordpress 2.8. I've tried this on other computers as well as other browsers (Firefox). What's going on?
