Forum integration

Is there any way to integrate forum as cathegory or page into this theme or WP? What I mean is that I would like to have forum button on top with categories or pages and when you click on it, it would open like post/page, but keeping sidebars and everything as it is. Also does anyone know if there Is any forum plugin for WP?
