Default Nav bar "buttons"

Noob here, forgive me if I incorrectly identify the parts of my theme. My site is http://www.secalgarynews.com.

I have added pages, which show up in the nav bar as SPORTS, BUSINESS, etc. There are 10 published pages. In IE Explorer on my computer, only 7 pages show in the nav bar. On my wife's Mac, all 10 show up and three are listed in the second row, which is how I wanted them to show up.

Couple of questions:

1) What do I change so all the pages show up in IE Explorer, like they do on the Mac?

2) The second row of buttons slightly overlap the first row. How do I change this?

3) The "subscribe" function sits on the first row of the nav bar, but it is not in the proper place....it bleeds off the page and seems to be missing an image. How do I fix this?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Markham
