Best Time Management and Billing Solution

Hello Everyone,

I know this is a random question to ask, but I have a lot of resepect for everyone on this forum, and was hoping I could get some recommendations on a more professional level, rather than from a designer level.

Currently, I use freshbooks to bill my clients, and get paid mostly through PayPal, pretty standard from my understanding? I have also used basecamp as a management tool in the past. I recently started my own business, and am looking to really integrate it all together, and manage my books with the same data. Does anyone have a decent solution?
