Premise Membership Questions

Is this the right places for Premise Questions?

If so - I have been asked to build a site, quite an involved membership site, and was thinking of using a combination of Wordpress, Genesis & Premise along with a multitude of plugins - one for business listings and another for a competition etc...

What I was wondering is if the membership side of Premise can control the Page Level Access of 3rd plugins, and 3rd party shortcodes?

Also, is there a discount coupon for Studiopress owners?
