Page keeps reloading in web browser when go to edit my genesis or child theme

Anyone have any idea why when I go to edit my themes, whether genesis or my child theme (eleven40), when im on my customize.php page, it just continuously reloads in internet explorer, preventing me from being able to customize the themes. Any help would be appreciated in stopping this, as it did not do this when I first got the product. Thanks.
