Dynamik Website Builder: Opinion

Has anyone tried Dynamik Website Builder by dynamiktheme.com a Website Builder For The Genesis Framework. Came across it today and need Genesis expert/authority opinion on it. They claim that: The Genesis Framework + The Dynamik Website Builder = One Seriously Powerful WordPress Web Design Tool!
The Tool, a theme really from my assessment. I guess the developer is actually catalysttheme.com
