I want to purchase the Agent theme. I have looked at the showcase examples such as http://www.lowryrealestategroup.com/

I like how they have there listing placed in the post.

Is that detailed out on how to accomplish this when I purchase the theme? Is It a plugin that needs to be done separate?

I just want to make sure when I buy the theme I get the feature listing like Lowry Real Estate Group.
