change header page title colors

Hello,

My website is http://www.cofiellelectric.com and on each page, i want to get rid of the black headings "about us....references...service area" and just move up the red headings on each page. Is there anyway to make the permanent page titles show up Red on each page?

Would I make these changes in the stylesheet somewhere? If so, please let me know where.
