Can I use a theme on as many sites as I want

I know this may be a dumb question but if I purchase a theme from Studiopress am I allowed to use that theme on as many different sites as I would like or do I have to buy the unlimited subscription for all of the themes. I don't really need more than one theme but I will end up having multiple variations of it for sister sites.
