adding movies to a page

Default adding movies to a page
I'm trying to add a movie to a page on my site. The actual page is:
http://netadventures.biz/movie-test/

This worked and ran in draft mode, but after publishing I get:
You are here: Home / movie test
movie test

I have seen this with other movies I tried to add. The way I got the page to work was to put the movie in an HTML file and load it using <iframe>. That worked.The startup, though, is very slow. I assume it is trying to stream with Quicktime, so wondered why it was so slow.

Any insights you can shed on this?
