How to shorten video description in Tubular???

Hi all,

I really want to shorten the long description for my videos at www.MyDenmarkTV.com, but I don't know how to. Basically, it is the same as tag but I want to use it in the "Video Description" text field where it is not working. In other words, I want to be able to control where [watch video] starts. Please take a look and any hint/help is appreciated. Thank you.
