Looking for Sharing Plugin

Hey all,

I'm looking for a plugin that will add social sharing/email/ icons in a sidebar widget to share my site homepage, not each individual post. (ex. "Recommend this site")

I thought this would be simple but my searching so far has been unsuccessful. (I've found a million that share individual posts)

If anyone in the community knows of a simple plugin that can do this, I'd really appreciate it!
