Hey Everyone -
I've mentioned this in a couple of other places, but I wanted to let everyone know my developer is currently working on an edit to include the option for the FCG plugin to pull specific pages within the site. I know Jason mentioned he's working on this as well, is there any ETA on his completion? I don't want to duplicate work if it's not necessary. We're hoping to include the option for which pages (by ID) should be pulled in the Gallery options page as well. As we work mostly with WP as a CMS, I have a specific site that won't include a blog, but I still want to utilize the plugin. Essentially, it will work exactly the same as it does now, pulling the image and thumbnail keys associated with the page in the custom fields section. It should display the image and a few lines from the page, but we're hoping to see if we can specify the text it displays by adding that into the excerpt section. Currently, we've got it working halfway - it's pulling the page images correctly, but we still have some work to do to include the text, thumbnails, etc. You can see it in action at SunsetHillsAcupuncture.com. We'd be happy to provide the edits and code when we've finished, which hopefully will be within a few days. Anyone interested in this addition? I know I'll use it for many of the other WP as CMS sites we are currently developing. Let me know. Thanks!
